BMW Motorcycle and Car Club Members donate blood and plasma through the Red Cross and part of Lifeblood a social competition to donate and help out the community. Members and friends of the Club are encouraged and invited to join and register their donation. The Club annual Kosciuszko Rally is held in October at Geehi Flats Campground located on the the Alpine Way between Thredbo and Khancoban in Kosciuszko National Park NSW.
Through the generosity of the motorcycle rally community by buying a badge and supporting the raffle, the Club has supported a number of charities with direct cash donations.

A biennial event hosted by an Official Club member of BMW Clubs Australia. The BMWMCC has hosted:
Jointly hosted with the BMW Owners Club South Australia and BMW Touring Club NSW, the rally raised $1300 and donated to local youth group Down the Track.
Not only the organising host for NMR2018, the Club ran in-parallel a raffle to support BMW Group Australia corporate charity partner the Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia. The 130 people in attendance had a great evening and enjoyed the hospitality of the Black Gold Motel Wallerawang (15km from Lithgow NSW).
The raffle's 1st prize was a brand new road registered BMW G310GS motorcycle. The raffle raised A$4800 for the PCFA.
The first Motorrad (motorcycle) Rally in the modern era (the Car Clubs host their Nationals in odd years and have for some years combining social, motorsport and drive day events). The Club took on the challenge and invited the 6 other Official BMW Motorrad Clubs to Lake Cargelligo NSW, roughly equidistant between Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.
The rally included local rides to Mt Hope Hotel and district, social opportunities and group dinner at Lake Cargelligo Bowling Club. The rally and raffle raised A$750 (20L electric urn for the Day Surgery Unit and $500 cash) for the Curlew Auxiliary that supports Lake Cargelligo Base Hospital.
